Delivery Policy

  • Free Mainland UK Delivery: Orders of £50 or more (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery (2-5 days). Select the free delivery option at checkout.
  • Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3 pm qualify for next-day delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Choose this option at checkout; additional costs may apply. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, which is not included in the delivery estimate.
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders for Royal Mail 24, 48, or Special Delivery placed before 3 pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday are dispatched Monday.
  • Standard Delivery Charges: Orders between £1 and £49.99 (excluding VAT) are charged £4.99 for shipping to Mainland UK. Delivery charges to The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands, Europe, and the rest of the world will vary based on destination and weight.
  • Delivery Details: All delivery charges are excluding VAT at 20%, added at checkout. Delivery is made to the address specified at the time of order. If you request a safe space or leave with a neighbour and the parcel goes missing, we are not liable.
  • Delivery Timeframe: UK deliveries aim to be completed within 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. A signature is required for deliveries, and you authorize us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf. Orders to alternative addresses after repeated failed delivery attempts incur additional postage charges. PO Box deliveries are not available.
  • International Delivery: Orders dispatched by airmail may take 7-14 working days. Delivery of salon furniture may take longer; additional carriage charges may apply. Non-standard items like specific colours or sizes cannot be cancelled.
  • Furniture & Equipment Orders: Cancelling these orders more than 5 working days after placement incurs a 20% fee of the goods' value.

Returns Policy

  • General Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days in their original condition with unopened seals and packaging for a full refund or credit note. Returns of clearance items are not accepted unless faulty.
  • Return Conditions: Returns are processed only upon receipt of the item. If the item is too damaged to be returned, decisions are made case-by-case. Use recorded delivery for protection when returning goods. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the wrong product was delivered or the item is faulty.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene regulations, scissors, razors, neck tape, clipper/trimmer blades, leads, and chargers are non-returnable. Clippers and trimmers must be unused to qualify for a return unless faulty.
  • Damaged Goods: Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If packaging is damaged, refuse the parcel. Signing for goods means acceptance in good condition.
  • Warranty and Repairs: All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty may be void if proper care is not taken for furniture, clippers, trimmers, and shavers. Returns are subject to testing.

  • Shipping Methods: Delivery may be handled by Parcel Force, FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL, or another chosen delivery service.
  • Contract Terms: Orders are treated as purchase offers and are subject to acceptance and availability. Any automated acknowledgment is not a contract of acceptance. Refunds are issued if there is a problem with your order.
